How to Order

Fill in order form / shopping cart via / email to order@kartonbox.co.id -> receive email confirmation / sales order -> transfer total payments + shipping -> make payment confirmation via the form on our website / via email or SMS -> we will send your order.

Payment

Transfer the total amount of transactions via bank that are available: BCA.

Please make payment confirmation via email (info@kartonbox.co.id | subject: confirmation of payment) or SMS (+62 82 13 133 9696) after you have transferred the payment so that your order can be processed at once. It is advisable to include the transfer details to make us track your payment easily.

Method of Delivery

Delivery to Surabaya, Sidoarjo and Gresik is FREE (all deliveries will follow the schedule that has been determined. If you require an immediate or custom delivery date, there will be an extra charge). For deliveries to other cities / provinces, it will be done via your expedition company or our partners in expedition. (the cost of expedition is not our responsibility).

  • Responsibility of the delivery will be by the expedition company, we can only help to check if there is a problem. It is advisable that you write the delivery address as completely as possible to avoid delivery errors.
  • Expedition cost will be informed prior to shipment.
  • Goods will be sent to the expedition after we have received expedition fees rom you.
  • Orders received before 14:30 pm Monday - Friday, will be sent the next day (weekdays).
  • Orders received before 12:00 pm Saturday hours will be sent on Monday.
  • Orders received after 14:30 pm will be processed the next day (weekdays).
  • If your delivery location is outside of our delivery area, there will be shipping cost. To find out shipping costs to your area please call +62 82 13 13 9696.
  • For some areas / locations we require 3-5 working days for delivery.
  • For urgent deliveries (in Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Gresik), we can help to delivery them to you at an additional.

How to Order

Fill in order form / email to order@kartonbox.co.id -> send your design to order@kartonbox.co.id -> receive email confirmation / sales order -> transfer 60% down payment -> make payment confirmation via the form on the website / via email or SMS -> receive design draft email -> design approval -> production of your orders (21-28 days) -> transfer the remaining payments along with production tolerance costs and shipping costs -> goods will be sent.

Production Time

We take 21-28 business days to process your order after we have received your payment and the approved design from you. Our working days are Monday - Saturday.

Payment

We will request 60% upfront payment at the time of order. Remaining payment will be due when the goods have been finished and ready for delivery (before sending).

  • 60% upfront payment policy is to prevent fraudulent orders. Thank you for your understanding.
  • It is advisable to include your transfer details to make us track your payment easily.

Cardboard Designs

If you have your own design, you can just upload your design on our website.

  • We will edit again if the fileis not a print-ready file (Coreldraw, pdf, psd, freehand, illustrator).
  • No charge for minor editing, but not all files can be edited.
  • If you have any physical sample, please send it to us.

File Format Ready to Print

File Format Ready to Print that we recommend are: Adobe illustrator, Corel, Freehand and Photoshop.

  • For Photoshop, please ensure that the original resolution id 300dpi and in actual sizes.
  • DO NOT flatten / convert / curve and please include the fonts you are using.
  • We are not responsible for any trademark infringement from the designs provided by our customers.

Material Type Options

  • For corrugated cardboards, we have options for: kraft and white kraft.
  • Flute option for corrugated cardboards (BF, CF, EF for single wall carton box dan BCF for double wall carton box.)
  • Gramatur for cardboard boxes: 125gr, 150gr, 200gr, 275gr.

Production Tolerance

Due to the many processes involved in the manufacture of cardboard box in making your order, there would be a production tolerance of ± 2-5%. If you do not want your order to be less than the order that you want, please give let us know at the time of order. Any excess production tolerances will be billed to you.

Sample and Sample Size

We can give samples of the cardboard box / dos related to your order (for orders with a certain amount) to match the size before we do the production.

  • Please provide a description of the measurment used. Is the outer size (the size of the finished box) or the size (the size of the item)?
  • The unit of measurement that we use is mm (millimeter).

Refund Policy

If printing quality is not good, reversed or there is an error measure, we will replace it. Prior to mass produce we will send you a sample * and the first draft printing. Printing error after the draft is approved is outside of our responsibilities.

  • Note : Delivery using JNE sometimes (although rarely) can cause minor damage to the sample cardboard box. Unfortunately, we do not have full control over this.
  • * for orders with a certain amount, we will send you a sample carton box / dos according to the order size.
